"It's typically easier not to switch insurance companies because the research process for quotes can be time-consuming but Tom Suby from State Farm provided excellent Customer Service during the quote process and kept it all simple and easy to understand. We don't want to have any claims, of course, but we do think it's helpful to work with a local insurance company representative who knows the area. Thanks for your help, Tom!"
